Bringing the East and the West to strength and mobility. Nathan has a diverse background borrowing from his deep experience in the Chinese art of wushu as well as Western sports. He is a gentle and excellent teacher.
During a session he will focus on your core stability, helping you with clear prompts to feel your strength, and from here develop new movement patterns. His style guides you to re-correct and heal from injuries, imbalances and instabilities. Whether you are young and looking to improve your performance or athleticism, or senior and wanting to bend without pain, Nathan will help you maximize the potential that your physical body is capable of, at any age.
Expect steady and sustainable progress, while also enjoying yourself. Nathan makes these sessions fun, light, intentional, while still getting precise and accurate results every time. You will learn a lot in just a few sessions.
